Cancellation Policy:

To receive a full refund of your registration fees, written notice must be received no later than 4/28/2025 and will be subject to a $50 cancellation fee. Cancellations received after 5/06/2024 will not be refunded. A substitute attendee is permissible. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Please be aware that registrants who do not attend (no-shows) or fail to cancel within the stated time frame will be obligated to pay the full registration fee. This policy will be strictly enforced without exceptions.
