Our mission is to provide quality training and continuing education to our members and those in the housing and redevelopment field who need to keep abreast of regulatory and legal changes, legislative proposals, and business and social trends. We produce two conferences a year—a Spring Conference in May and a Fall Workshop in November—the focus of which are sessions in public housing, Section 8 housing, community revitalization and development, and professional development. Our Spring Conference provides training specifically geared toward public housing commissioners and city officials who are charged with policy-making responsibilities. This training is available to members and non-members alike, and we invite businesses in the housing and community development field to advertise in our publications and exhibit at PSWRC events.
